My life’s philosophy is centred on the principle of slowing down and finding balance to experience more clarity, calm and connection. With my love for movement and meditation I like to empower people to take time for themselves and create positive morning routines.

I am trained in Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation and I have taught more than 1200 classes over the last 4 years. Combining my love for yoga and nature has led me to create PARKyoga in 2016 with the intention to offer yoga classes in many more beautiful locations.

Born and raised in Germany I now call Sydney my home where I live happily with my little son. “My vision is yoga for every child for them to develop important skills in a fun, supportive, non-competitive environment.”
